MAINE PLASTIQUES, extrusion specialist since 1962 offers its customers a wealth of design and extrusion skills as well as know-how for a wide variety of thermoplastics profiles.
Facilities and Ressources :a 35800 m² site comprising 12 000 m² of workshops, a team of 150 people providing high levels of customer service, Industrial facilities which include a design office, integrated laboratory, mechanics and maintenance workshop, recovery and/or finishing workshops.


Thermoplastics profiles extrusion in following materials :

  • rigid PVC, Polycarbonate, ABS, etc.
  • Coextrusion and multiextrusion
  • Production of special made-to-measure high technicality profiles for various fields of industry (subcontracting)
    (Pool industry, agricultural building, electric industry, lightning, industrial refrigeration, sports and leisure, sanitary, fencing, games, gas, construction, etc.)


PARC MACHINES

Our machinery allows the production of mono or bimaterials profiles up to 600 mm wide, weighing between 80 and 4500 gr.
